Renovation Expertise
K Mart was involved in an ambitious program to upgrade facilities throughout the country. Studio B provided comprehensive professional services in several midwestern states for implementing these non-standard store expansion projects. Site approvals, building code evaluations, compliance with barrier-free rules, survey and evaluation of existing mechanical and electrical systems, construction documentation for renovation and expansion (including civil engineering, landscape architecture, architecture, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering) and construction administration are all services provided and coordinated under a single professional contract for K Mart.

Studio B retail renovations include work for K Mart Corporation, Best Buy, Inc., Donna Sacs and, Schostak Bros. & Company.

Birmingham Chrysler Plymouth
When Birmingham Chrysler Plymouth upgraded their dealership, it had to last for the next twenty-five years. That meant flexibility in their showroom and sales areas. Future year's models, future brand marketing, future sales techniques, future technologies all needed attention. Studio B gave them a large open space that housed all their sales, staff, after-market retail and showroom activities. A timeless, simple. With large sun lit "displays" at both ends of the showroom.

Acadia
Chef Brian Polcyn wanted the finest in kitchen areas and a hand-made wood-burning oven.  His partners wanted a tight budget and a “cool” place for daily and upscale dining.  They got it all.  With Ron Rea (interiors), Ed Whitney (kitchens), Frank Rewold (construction), Studio B led the charge and delivered great value all the way.
